ジャグリングとかやりながら自分の心を観察しててわかったことがある。

例えばボールを落とさずに連続してこなせた時に
「うまく行き過ぎてる、これはおかしい」という思考が生まれる。ほとんど無意識レベルだけど。
そしてその思考が失敗へと導こうとしてくる。

無意識が「欠点も含めた自分」を守りたがるんだな。全く厄介なアイデンティティ。
だけど逆に言えばこれを解決できればあらゆる能力の上昇がスムーズになるはず。
このリミッターを解除する良い方法ないかな？

成功回避欲求とか敗者の脚本ってやつかね。
耐えられる不幸の量に限度があるように、耐えられる幸福の量にも限度があり
それを超えそうになると抑制がかかる。
トップアスリートでも大事な試合で無意識に負けようとする人がいるそうだ。
昔読んだサイコタフネスって本に書いてあった。
